Jim and Mary have owned this vehicle since about 1999-2000 and he had it restored in Marlow, Oklahoma where he found it. He dropped a ’68 Ford 302 cubic inch V-8 Police Interceptor motor and it is normally aspirated with a 600 Holley 4 barrel carburetor. The yellow paint is a Chrysler color, dandelion yellow, which Jim chose because it covered the old paint better. Convertibles and Crown Victoria’s are rarer but because the doors for the Victoria’s fit the convertibles, restorers have glomed onto these just for the doors! Jim even has an Oklahoma ‘Dream Catcher’ (native American symbol) license plate.
