1955 Chevrolet
I didn’t see Dave’s ’60 Edsel (see post header) until dusk but got more shots another day (see it here).
Two of the cars I shot include Dave’s 1955 Chevy Bel Air and Frank’s 1967 Imperial Crown Convertible. Dave has had his blue and white Bel Aire for about 7 years. The body was restored original. The motor is a 265 with 175 bhp.
1967 Imperial Crown
Frank just bought this 1967 Imperial Crown over the Winter (2012/2013); his cars are immaculate. It’s original except it was repainted. Imperial was Chrysler’s expensive luxury car which competed with GM’s Cadillac and Ford’s Lincoln. Imperial’s never sold in great numbers. The motor is a 440 cu in V-8 producing 350 bhp. Only 577 were made. This convertible weighs 4,800 pounds and with accessories, it sold for $ 7,059. The odometer shows 32,000 miles which is thought to be correct.
